Stop The Bleed

Stop The Bleed is a nationwide program developed by the The Combat Casualty Care (CCC) Group of the US Army and promoted by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In major trauma events such as active shooter incidents, most people will die of trauma bleeding within 7 minutes and it's generally 12-14 minutes before paramedics can begin rendering assistance. By learning how to apply basic bleeding control, every individual can potentially save the lives of friends, families and coworkers.
